Where we ship
The United States and Canada.

When it ships
Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that ships the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.

We hold our own inventory in El Paso. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is made to order, so when something says in stock, it's on a shelf here.

How long it takes
United States: USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2 to 5 business days.
Canada: typically 6 to 12 business days, depending on customs.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Cost
Calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart.

Canadian orders
Canadian customers may owe duties or taxes on delivery, charged by Canadian customs and not by us. We can't predict or refund these.
Tracking says delivered but it isn't there
Check with neighbors and around the property first. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email hello@gridgolfco.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll sort it out with you.

Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away — if the label isn't printed yet, we'll fix it free. Once it ships, we can't reroute it.
