Who we are
This store is operated by Grid Golf Co., El Paso, Texas. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing
We try to show our products accurately, but colors vary between screens and slight variation between production runs is normal. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an order placed at an obviously incorrect price, with a full refund.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, an unverifiable address, or an item that's unexpectedly out of stock. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Payment
Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. We don't store your card details.

Limited runs
We sell in limited runs. When something sells out it may not come back, and we're not obligated to restock any item.

Intellectual property
The Grid Golf Co. name, the GGC mark, the grid-and-pin device, our market marks, and all site content belong to us. Buying a product doesn't give you any right to reproduce them.

Your content
If you tag us or send us photos, you're giving us permission to repost them with credit. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we won't.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here.
